How to play
Tip
Slime is best played at a faster pace to prevent the slime from sticking to your hands
How to store
Slime is best stored in a cool environment and away from direct sunlight. Heat and sunlight will deactivate (melt) slime, causing you to have to reactivate it sooner than necessary.
Slime can be stored for over 6 months. This time period will vary depending on use, as repeated exposure to dust, dirt, and skin oils will make your slime less than ideal for play. If you notice your slime changing color or producing a bad odor, throw it out.
In addition, we provide a free goodie bag with a slime Care Package and a free Squishy in every order.

Tips & tricks
It is important to note that the slime should arrive to you in perfect condition and the included borax/activator or softener is not necessary.
We recommend not using the included borax/activator or softener unless you are certain that they are needed. As soon as you add ingredients to your slime, the consistency will change and you may not like the resulting texture. Only in certain cases of extreme hot/cold weather or extended shipping times will the need for slime activator or softener be necessary.
Slimeproblems
With every order you will receive a bag of borax powder and citric acid powder to activate or soften your slime with accompanying instructions. Below you will find the extensive method to (de)activate your slime. Assistance by an adult is recommended.

Sticky slime
Test your slime for stickiness by quickly touching the surface of your slime. If you feel like your slime feels more than just sticky or is completely stuck to your fingertip, follow the steps below.
1. Make sure you have a clean bowl ready.
2. Open your slime and squirt your activator/put some drops on the top of your slime and then on both hands.
3. Remove your slime from the jar and place it in your bowl.
4. Start kneading your slime for 20 seconds.
5. If your slime still sticks to your hands, squirt 1 pump or add 1 drop of activator solution to your slime.
6. Knead for another 20 seconds, repeating this process only if necessary.
NOTE: It is VERY easy to overactivate slime. Work a little at a time and knead thoroughly between sprays.
Stiff slime
Slime can feel stiff for a few reasons, it has been accidentally overactivated, exposed to cold weather, or it has been left outside to dry.
To fix a tough slime due to cold weather:
- Let your slime come to room temperature
- Leave your slime near a sunny window for a few hours
- Add a few drops of warm water and knead. Repeat if necessary.
To repair a hard slime due to overactivation:
- Let your slime sit for a few days to allow the natural deactivation process to take place
- Add a few drops of slime softener and knead. Repeat if necessary.
To restore a hard dried out mucus:
Dried out slime can rarely be saved, so it's best to always keep your slime container tightly sealed to prevent this. Depending on how dried out it has become, you can try one of the tips below:
- Add a drop of slime softener (included with your order) and knead. Repeat if necessary.
- Add a small amount of glue to your slime. White glue for white based slime and clear glue for clear slime.
What's in your order?
Slime may melt or harden during shipping due to weather conditions. Use the instructions below to restore them (:

My slime is sticky, what should I do?
Each slime order comes with a small packet of borax and citric acid. If your slime is sticky, measure out ¼ teaspoon of borax. Mix the borax with ¼ cup of warm water until completely dissolved. Wait for the borax solution to cool completely. Add this solution to the sticky slime drop by drop. Knead the slime after every 2-3 drops until the solution is completely incorporated. Add more drops of borax until the desired consistency is reached.

My slime is hard, what should I do?
Each order includes a small packet of borax and citric acid. If your slime is hard, measure out ¼ teaspoon of citric acid. Mix the citric acid with ¼ cup of warm water until completely dissolved. Wait for the citric acid solution to cool completely. Add this solution to the hard slime drop by drop. Knead the slime after every 2-3 drops until the solution is completely incorporated. Add more drops of citric acid until the desired consistency is reached.

You can also choose to follow the tips below to create a better (and less sticky) slime experience.
- Wash your hands before playing with slime. When we eat an orange and then play with slime, it can cause residues of the slime to melt on our hands (because of the citric acid in oranges and more)
- Apply lotion to your hands before using slime. Some slimes stick to drier parts of the hands, such as knuckles and wrists. Using hand lotions prevents this.
About
Did you know?
Over time, the chemical attraction between the glue molecules and boron ions will naturally weaken. Your once perfect slime will start to melt and feel sticky! This process is completely normal and varies by type of slime, but you will notice this happening after 1-2 months. Some people think their slime has gone bad and throw it out. Know that your slime is not bad, all you need to do is reactivate your slime with a few drops of activator and your slime will be good as new!

About
If you ingest the slime, call the poison control center. They can tell you what to do or not to do. Avoid contact with face, eyes, mouth or nose. If accidental contact occurs, rinse immediately with cold, clean water.
Avoid all porous surfaces as slime can set and stain. Use a 50/50 vinegar and water solution to remove slime from carpets or non-delicate fabrics. Use only water to remove slime from delicate fabrics and surfaces.
Do not use if you have an open cut, wound or rash on your hands.
Allergy notification
Slime may contain the following ingredients:
Non-toxic school glue, lotion, baby oil, shaving cream, borax powder, air drying clay, food coloring, glitter, plastic snow, styrofoam, skin safe fragrance oils.
If you think you are allergic to any of these ingredients or other common body products, do not use!
