Our mission is to make the slimes as unique and beautiful as possible for you. Sometimes it may be that the product does not meet your expectations, please let us know if this is the case. We want to hear your thoughts on making our slime better.

All slime sales are final. We cannot provide a refund or exchange due to the nature of the product and hygiene standards. Our slimes are completely handmade. The slimes can differ in color, size, texture and odor. However, this is normal, as these are handmade products.

The slimes are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If your order is still damaged, please let us know and send us a photo via info@fluffyslimes.be within 3 days of receiving your order. We provide a suitable solution. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
