Is slime edible? No! Never try to eat slime, even if it looks real sometimes!
From what age is it recommended to play with slime? Our products are recommended from the age of 6. Small parts are a choking hazard. Keep away from babies and pets (also sofas, clothing and hair). Our slime is also definitely recommended for adults as an ideal stress reliever and relaxation option!
Can slime irritate my hands or give me an allergic reaction? Do not purchase our slime products if you think you are allergic to household detergents, paint, shaving foam, artificial snow, Styrofoam, lotion, clay, borax, glycerin, cornstarch, soap, fragrances and/or essential oils. Toy safety is our top priority. Our slime has been tested according to EN71 standards. Do you have questions about safety or other matters? Do not hesitate to contact us!
When will my order be shipped/delivered? For orders placed before 8 p.m., your package will be posted the next working day. In exceptional cases this may be a little later. You will be notified by email if this happens. Depending on whether your delivery address is in Belgium or the Netherlands, your package will be delivered by Bpost within 2-3 working days. If you purchase for a special occasion, such as Christmas or a birthday, we recommend that you order 2 weeks in advance, so that you will certainly receive it on time! Pick up in Stavele (8691) by appointment is certainly also possible!
Can I still cancel my order? Please check this before placing your order as cancellations are not allowed. Occasionally we may allow a cancellation if you contact us within the same day, but only if the shipping label has not yet been printed.
I entered the wrong delivery address! If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us immediately. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can still resolve it.
My order is marked as delivered but I have not received anything? If your order was marked as delivered, we recommend that you first check whether the order was delivered to your neighbors. Bpost can often accidentally scan packages as delivered early. You will also always receive a Track and Trace code from Bpost so that you can follow your package closely. If the package has still not been found, you can always contact us and we will provide a suitable solution.
My slime arrived too sticky, hard or melted! This can often happen during shipping, especially if there is extreme weather. See the 'Slime Info' page for instructions on how to resolve any issues.
Do you accept returns? Our mission is to make the slimes as unique and beautiful as possible for you. Sometimes it may be that the product does not meet your expectations, please let us know if this is the case. We want to hear your thoughts on making our slime better. All slime sales are final. We cannot provide a refund or exchange due to the nature of the product and hygiene standards. Our slimes are completely handmade. The slimes can differ in color, size, texture and odor. However, this is normal, as these are handmade products. The slimes are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If your order is still damaged, please let us know and send us a photo via info@fluffyslimes.be within 3 days of receiving your order. We provide a suitable solution. Shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstances.
Order returned to sender? If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, please contact us and we will issue you a store credit for the total amount of the order.
Do I pay shipping costs? Free shipping is available in Belgium from €50 and in the Netherlands from €60. For shipping in Belgium under €50, the shipping cost is €8. For shipping to the Netherlands under €50, the shipping cost is €16.50. Free collection in Stavele (8691 – Alveringem) is possible by appointment.
Can you buy these products in a store? No, we only offer these products in this online webshop. The address you see on our website is not a physical store, this is only our administrative address! Collecting an order or a gift voucher is of course possible by appointment.
Do you deliver internationally? No, for the time being we only deliver to Belgium and the Netherlands. This may change in the future, we will keep you informed if this happens!
